It was love at first bite when I first tasted Lemon Square’s Choo Choo Cake pies.

I don’t know if my taste buds are tricking me, but it reminded me a lot of Nestle’s Maxibon Ice Cream, my childhood love, which I bought almost everyday during sixth grade.

I wonder why it isn’t sold here anymore? :|

Webcam vanity with my favorite Angry Bird. I swear it looks like Miko especially when he’s really angry—maybe that’s the reason why he gave me this. Haha!

I’m kind of having a rough day with some misunderstandings in the house, good thing Angry Bird is here to perk me up. ;)

A local TV network went to our school for a shoot. Unfortunately, I watch shows from their rival channel, ABS-CBN, and I wasn’t too familiar with Jhake Vargas and Bea Binene, the personalities who was seen on campus.

According to my Economics professor, sales don’t make us save money. She said that sales, on the contrary, make us spend even more because we tend to buy things on impulse just because we are attracted to the price without thinking if we really want or need the item.

In spite of that, Miko and I still decided to go to SM Southmall’s last sale day with the hopes of scoring some really good finds.Who knows, I just might prove my professor wrong too. ;)

There really wasn’t a dull moment with Miko. I was craving for fried kangkong so we planned on having lunch at Mang Inasal, but we ended up eating at Food Court since it was already full and I was really upset until it took it’s toll on my mood which kind of messed things up. Thankfully it didn’t totally ruin our date. So anyway, hours of looking around and a petty fight later, we were surprised when we realized we took home four shopping bags.

Miko bought six Tribal shirts which are 20% off…

…and two Fila sneakers for less than a thousand pesos each.

While I bought two pairs of sandals…

…and one pair of pump wedge, all from People are People for only P2000.

It’s just too irresistible to let the chance pass!

So what’s the verdict? Is my professor right or wrong?

  • I’m very happy and thankful because as we were taking our Midterm exam in World Literature, our professor announced that she’ll be giving plus five points for those who have perfect attendance for the current term and I’m one of the lucky recipients! :)
  • I’m glad because my sister unexpectedly gave me a quick 5-minute back massage which was enough to really ease the stress and tension on my body. :)

Who’s to blame for my worsening eyebags and additional wasted hours on the computer? None other than The Sims Social, the latest game on Facebook.

Meet Chai, my virtual alter ego, who lives in her humble Pink Home. :)

Would you like to add me as your neighbor? ;)
